Conquer Your “Honey-Do” List in a Single Day

We all have one: that mental (or literal) list of small home repairs that keeps growing while your free time keeps shrinking. From the squeaky bedroom door and the loose kitchen cabinet to that box of IKEA furniture still sitting in the hallway—those “ten-minute fixes” have a habit of taking up your entire weekend.

Why bundle your small tasks?

Instead of stressing over individual repairs, let us handle the whole list at once. Our Honey-Do List Service is the most efficient way to maintain your home. By bundling your small tasks into a single visit, you save on service fees and get the peace of mind that comes with a perfectly functioning house.

Common “Honey-Do” items we handle:

  • Safety First: Replacing smoke detector batteries and cleaning dryer vents.

  • The Finishing Touches: Hanging mirrors, art, shelving, and mounting TVs.

  • Minor Repairs: Patching drywall dings, fixing loose trim, and caulking tubs.

  • General Assembly: Furniture, grill, or exercise equipment setup.

Stop spending your Saturdays at the hardware store. Hand us the list, and we’ll give you your weekend back.

Getting Your List Done is as Easy as 1-2-3

Step 1: The List

Fill out our Estimate Form (or shoot us a text!) with the tasks you’ve been putting off. Don’t worry if the items seem random—from lightbulbs to loose floorboards, no task is too small. If you have photos, send those over too; they help us arrive with the right parts the first time.

Step 2: The Plan

We’ll review your list and give you an estimate of whether it’s a 2-hour “Quick Fix,” a Half-Day, or a Full-Day project. Once you approve, we’ll get you on the schedule. We show up on time, with the right tools, and ready to get to work immediately.

Step 3: Done!

While we work through your list, you can get back to your life. We’ll walk through the completed tasks with you at the end to make sure everything is exactly how you want it. We leave your home cleaner than we found it, and you get your weekend back!

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do I need to provide the materials (screws, paint, fixtures)?

It depends on the item. For “general” supplies—like standard screws, anchors, wood glue, or basic caulk—we usually have those stocked in our van. However, for specific items like light fixtures, faucets, paint colors, or doorknobs, we ask that you have those on-site before we arrive. If you’re unsure what to buy, just ask! We can provide a shopping list or, for an additional fee, we can pick them up for you.

2. What if my list takes longer than the estimated time?

If we see that the list is more “ambitious” than the time block allowed, we will let you know within the first hour. At that point, you can decide to focus on your top priorities or extend the service time (pending our schedule). We believe in “no-surprise” billing, so we’ll always talk to you before going over the agreed-upon time.

3. Is there a "minimum" charge for small jobs?

Yes. To ensure we can provide the highest quality service and cover our specialized tools and travel costs, all service calls have a 2-hour minimum. We want to maximize our time and provide you with the best possible value during our visit!

4. Do I need to be home while you work?

While many of our repeat clients provide a key or garage code, we do require that an adult (18+) be present for the first visit to walk through the list and confirm the details. After the initial walkthrough, you’re welcome to head out as long as we have a way to reach you via phone for any quick questions.

5. Are you insured to do this kind of work?

Absolutely. We carry full General Liability insurance. While we handle a wide variety of “Honey-Do” tasks, please note that for major structural changes, main-panel electrical, or sub-floor plumbing, we may recommend a specialized licensed contractor. We’re here to keep your home running smoothly, not to take risks with your biggest investment.
